If you are contacting us regarding this, please email us with the Party Link/ID and the name of the Hostess and Presenter. Once received, we will be able to look into and correct this within one business day.

    If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, please be advised that such inclement conditions may delay the delivery of your order. If your package has been issued a tracking number, it has successfully left our shipping facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about the delay of your package, please contact the carrier directly with your specific tracking number.
