What is the Saving Lashes, Changing Lives August Promotion?
From August 1, 2017, at 12:01 a.m. PDT through August 31, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. PDT—or until Younique reaches one million Presenters, whichever comes first—any Presenter who sells seven lash trios AND sponsors three new Presenters will earn an exclusive Younique Uplift necklace.

What is the lash trio?
The lash trio includes Younique’s three lash products:
  • Moodstruck Esteem Lash Serum
  • Moodstruck Epic Mascara
  • Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes+

These products are also available in three different lash duos.

From August 1, 2017, at 6:00 a.m. PDT until Younique reaches one million Presenters, the lash trio will be available for a discounted price:
  • Purchase one of three lash duos, get 10% off
  • Purchase a lash trio, get 20% off

May I purchase the lash trio for myself?
Yes—there is no limit to how many lash duos or trios Presenters can purchase. However, only ONE Presenter-made lash trio purchase will count toward the required seven lash trio sales for the August promotion. All other purchases must be made by customers under a customer account to qualify for this promotion.

The Presenter Kit includes all three lash products. Will Presenter Kits count toward my lash trio sales?
No. The Presenter Kit will not count as a trio sale for the existing Presenter. However, it will count toward the sponsorship requirement. New Presenters can count their Presenter Kit purchase as their one Presenter-made lash trio sale.

What if I buy a collection that includes Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes+? Can I count that as part of a trio?
Yes, but only if your order includes all three lash products. If purchasing a collection that includes Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes+, you can add the duo of Moodstruck Esteem Lash Serum and Moodstruck Epic Mascara to that order for a trio sale.

Can I earn more than one Younique Uplift necklace in August?
No. Presenters can only earn one Younique Uplift necklace each for meeting the August qualifications. However, there is no limit to the number of Saving Lashes, Changing Lives charms you can earn. You will earn one charm for every three Presenters who sign up under you.

How do I receive my Younique Uplift necklace?
When the Younique Uplift necklaces are available at the end of August, you will receive a coupon in your shopping cart. The next time you place an order, you will be able to redeem the coupon by adding the necklace to your cart at no additional cost to you. Please be sure to order before the coupon’s expiration date, which is based upon when you earn it.

Where can I track my progress?
You can follow your progress with a tracker in your Back Office.

What is considered a qualifying customer order?
Each Presenter can purchase one (1) lash trio for herself that will count toward the August promotion. All other purchases MUST be made by customers (under customer accounts) in order to qualify for the Younique Uplift necklace.

Will a customer’s order qualify if the Presenter pays for it, the customer pays the Presenter back in cash, and the order ships to the customer?
No, it will not. Creating a customer account or using your payment information to place an order under a customer account is not allowed to earn the Younique Uplift necklace. Please keep in mind that orders will be audited to ensure qualifications are made from true customer orders. We reserve the right to reverse any bonus or reward for any orders placed outside of the stated promotional guidelines.

Can a customer place multiple orders that count toward the August promotion?
While Presenters may only place one (1) order that qualifies toward their requirement to earn the Younique Uplift necklace, customers may order as many lash trios as they wish, and all will count for the Presenter toward this requirement.

If my customer places an order as a guest, will it count toward the promotion requirement?
Yes, however, keep in mind that any orders submitted as a guest may be subject to Compliance review to ensure they are true customer-placed orders. Email addresses can only be linked to one Younique account, so Presenters should not use their own email addresses for customer accounts or orders, even when the customer orders as a guest.

Can a Presenter place orders as a guest or under a customer account in order to qualify for the August promotion?
This promotion is intended to boost customer sales and encourage your customers to experience our online ordering experience. We want as many customers as possible to create accounts with us and be better informed on future promotions and launches.

As a Presenter, creating a customer account or placing an order using your own payment method to earn this promotion is prohibited. Please keep in mind that orders will be audited to ensure qualifications are made from true customer orders. We reserve the right to reverse any bonus or reward for any orders placed outside of the stated promotional guidelines.

Are orders considered within the promotional period based on when the order is placed or when the payment is received by Younique?
Payments need to be received by Younique before the promotional period ends in order to qualify for the August promotion. If using Oxxo, Giropay, or Sofort, we recommend submitting your payment at least 24 hours before the end of the month to ensure it qualifies for the promotional period.

Can I order the Moodstruck Ultimate Lash Trio or any of the Duos using Y-Cash or a Half-Priced item?
No. Y-Cash or Half-Priced items cannot be used toward the purchase of the Moodstruck Ultimate Lash Trio or any of the Duos at this time.
