Presenter - Attach Order to Virtual Party

You can easily attach your order to your Virtual Party, even if your order has already been placed.

1. Sign into your Younique account.


2. Navigate to "My Office", and then "Orders".


3. On the “Order History” page you will see a list of your orders. Click on the Order ID you wish to attach.


4. If this order is eligible to be attached to a Virtual Party, you will see a banner similar to the one shown below that says "You can still attach this Order to a Party". From this drop-down, you can select the Party you wish to attach your order to.

Note: A window will appear asking you to confirm that you wish to attach the order, as this change is permanent.


Please remember that four requirements must be met in order to attach an order to a Virtual Party.
  1. The order must have been placed during the time when the Party was open.
  2. The order must be attached to the Party before the Party closes and finalizes.
  3. The Party must belong to the Presenter the order was originally placed under.
  4. Once an order has been attached to a Party, it cannot be moved to another Party.

Customer - Attach Order to Virtual Party

If your customer created a Younique account while checking out, they can perform the following steps to attach this order to your Virtual Party.

1. Your customer should first sign into www.youniqueproducts.com using the social media account they linked to their Younique account.


2. The words “sign in” will change to “My Tools”. Have them click "My Tools" and then "My Orders" from the drop-down menu.


3. On the “Order History” page, your customer should then select the Order ID she wishes to attach.


4. If this order is eligible to be attached to a Party, there will be a banner that says "You can still attach this order to a Party" with a drop-down list of all eligible Parties. Have her select the correct Party from the drop down menu.

Note: If this banner does not appear, it means that there are no Virtual Parties this order can be attached to.


Please remember that four requirements must be met in order to attach an order to a Virtual Party.

  3. The Party must belong to the Presenter the order was originally placed under.
